  Every time I come here, no matter what part... it is by far the worst experience EVER. Especially URGENT CARE. They seem always tell anyone it's a 45 minute wait even i you've been there 2 hours already. It is always the longest wait ever. It's a tiny hospital in a small city and seems to only ever have 2 "providers" working at all times. Asante has not only ruined hospital experiences by bullying out great community doctors and making hospital visits excruciatingly painful, but the nursing staff could care less too. They treat you as if they are indignant and above your needs. Instead of being empathetic, they make rude statements like, "we can gladly take you off the list," sarcastically and inappropriately. You can complain all you want but it will change nothing at all. Once I told the "provider," that I couldn't take narcotics and of course the pusher wouldn't stop trying to push drugs on me. Asante Three Rivers is depressingly, HORRIBLE! The staff is outrageously inappropriate. You would be better off driving all the way to Medford.

  The nursing staff and doctors are extremely competent. The overall care is top notch. Yes, the ER is understaffed and wait times can be a problem. Funding for nearly everything today is a problem. So much needs to be revamped and reimagined in the entire medical field. However, given what they have to work with, Asante Three Rivers Hospital is a great community hospital with many dedicated professionals. They have a great corps of volunteers as well.
