- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Rite Aid's pharmacy is consistently behind on filling prescriptions, each time I have called in a medication refill, the automated system gives me a time for when it is ready, I go in an hour after that time, and the technician tells me they are still working on yesterdays refills!! I always end up waiting at least 10-20 minutes. I can't speak to the rest of the stores customer service, but I do not recommend the pharmacy.October 23, 2017by Sammi Shires
